This handmade book features 48 sheets (96 pages) of high quality 140lb watercolor paper.
The cover paper is made from banana tree fibers, a sustainable material with a rich history in Asian papermaking known for its strength and unique texture.
The book is constructed using French Link stitch, a book binding technique dating back to the 15th century. It provides durability while allowing the book to open flat for easy use.
This particular book is sewn over suede tapes inlaid in the cover board.
